5,000 tickets will be on sale at £300 per ticket numbered 1000 to 5999 and once sold they are not transferrable.
Tickets will be on sale from Saturday 12 June until Saturday 16 October 2010 unless previously sold out.
You must be over 16 years of age to purchase a ticket.
Payment for tickets involving coins will only be accepted on Wednesdays and Thursdays when tickets are on sale at Lloyds TSB.
The tickets must be bought in the name of one individual only and all winnings will be payable to the person named on the ticket counterfoil.
If any cheque provided for the purchase of the ticket is returned by the issuing bank due to lack of funds, the ticket will be voided and withdrawn from the draw.
The draw will be made by drawing balls from four individual containers and will be witnessed by an independent third party.
All ticket counterfoils will be verified by Ernst & Young prior to the draw.
The prizes will be drawn from highest to lowest value and each ticket can win only one prize.
To indemnify Guernsey Cheshire Home against loss this draw has been fully insured. Should any tickets remain unsold they will become the property of the insurer.
The results of the draw will be published on the charity‘s website www.guernseycheshirehome.com and in the Guernsey Press.
In the event of a syndicate ticket purchase the onus is on the syndicate to nominate one member‘s name as the ticket purchaser. Syndicate forms are available from the website and sales outlets.
The winner of any of the prizes has three months from the date of the draw to claim their winnings and any prize not claimed within this period will revert automatically to Guernsey Cheshire Home.
In the event of circumstances outside of these rules requiring clarification Guernsey Cheshire Home will be the sole arbiters of that issue.
There are no restrictions on Staff, Volunteers or Council members of Guernsey Cheshire Home purchasing tickets, the exception being the promoter.
The promoter is Keith Birch, Le Foulon Farm, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1YY.
